Binding Types
Comb
Our budget binding option uses a black plastic comb but is perfect for thicker documents as it can take up to 400 sheets of 100g paper.
Wire
Classic binding, perfect for short or longer runs. Ideal for reports as they can open flat and stay open. Can take up to 200 sheets of 100g paper.
Thermo
Using a black material strip and glue to hold the pages in place this can hold up to 300 sheets of 100g paper.
Booklet
Folded and stapled like a magazine. The document needs to be a multiple of 4 pages but we can add blank pages where necessary. We can fold and staple up to 18 sheets of 100g giving you a 72 page booklet and trimmed to a square edge.
Perfect binding
A superior finishing using a wrap around laminated card cover. Perfect for a professional looking book and capable of printing holding up to 400 sheets of 100g paper.
Orientation
If your document is landscape, there are two types of layout
Side binding
Binding your document on the left or short edge and it opens to the side. This option is only available is certain sizes and types of binding so contact us and we can advise.
Top binding
Binding your document on the top or long edge and it opens upwards like a calendar.
