About Us

Welcome to Prontaprint Russell Square, the printing specialists. We have been operating for the last 25 years and specialise in working with people who struggle to find a fast, reliable printer. Simply upload your photos from you phone, computer, tablet etc and we'll take care of the rest. There are lots of size options to choose from 6 x 4 to 12 x 8 and even a variety of frames for them to go in. And if you just want a bit of advice, then simply email us your artwork and we'll get back to you with how it would look and any tips in around 15 minutes during our opening hours.

Order online and choose how fast you want them. They can be ready as fast as 1 hour if you choose our Express Service. Even our cheapest Slow Service only takes 6 hours!

Delivered

We offer two delivery services:

Express central London
Most orders, if placed before 12:30, are delivered the same day. Delivery times can take longer however depending on the stock and quantity you have chosen. This service is available to the following London postcodes: EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, WC1, WC2, W1, NW1, NW5, NW8, N1, N5, N7, W2, W9, SE1, SE11, SE17, E1, E2, E8, SW1.

UK delivery
Delivery to anywhere in the UK mainland and it typically takes 2-3 working days.

Prefer to come and see us? No problem, email us your artwork or pop in with what you have and we'll take it from there.

How are the printed?

You can upload most photo and image file types. Upload your photos from your phone, tablet or computer.

We print photos in all sorts of different shapes and sizes. If the image you have uploaded is the same shape as the photo size you have chosen you will see a green border on the preview (Fig. A) and your whole image will be printed. If you choose a shape that is different you will see a red border on the preview. You then need to decide if you FILL the photo but part of your image is cropped (Fig. B) or FIT the whole image with a white border (Fig. C). You can choose for each photo or you can decide for them all in one go.

We are open from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Fridays. We are closed Bank Holidays.
The quickest and easiest way is to order online. Should you want something a little different or need any help with your artwork then you can email us or come in and see us.
We print from most image types from your mobile, tablet or computer. We will be printing directly from the file that you have provided and will not be recreating your photos or making changes, even if you send a low quality / blurry image.
If the file you have uploaded if a different shape to the size of photo you have chosen, you have two choices. You can print the entire image and we will add white margins around the outside. Alternatively we can fill the printed photo so there's no white margins but it will trim off some of the photo.
You can choose to have all your photos as either gloss (the default) or matt. If you want a mixture you'll need to place two orders.
Unfortunately not. Due to the fast-turnaround of our service, the system is automated and begins as soon as we accept the order. Any changes after an order has been placed (either online or in-store) are not possible so please only send a file that you're happy to have printed. If you would like any changes to your layout please email us the file first so that we can discuss.
Of course. As your photos are already paid at the point of order anyone can be sent to collect however please ensure they provide the Order Number.
