Welcome to Prontaprint Russell Square, the printing specialists. We have printed Business Cards for the last 25 years and specialise in working with people who struggle to find a fast, reliable printer. Unlike many other printers we have a simple no fuss approach to your artwork. Just upload your PDF as it is and we'll print it. We'll sort out the size, the bleed and the cutting. In fact send us pretty much anything and we'll sort it out. And if you just want a bit of advice, then simply email us your artwork and we'll get back to you with how it would look and any tips in around 15 minutes during our opening hours.
What we offer
Order online for a 1, 3 or 6 hour service. We also offer sameday delivery to central London. All our cards are printed in house on either our high quality 400g or extra thick 540g card and matt laminated for a superior finish. If you're looking for something a bit different then get in contact to discuss your bespoke requirements.

Click & Collect
Order online and choose how fast you want them. They can be ready as fast as 1 hour if you choose our Express Service. Even our cheapest Slow Service only takes 6 hours!
Delivered
We offer two delivery services: Express central London Most orders, if placed before 12:30, are delivered the same day. Delivery times can take longer however depending on the stock and quantity you have chosen. This service is available to the following London postcodes: EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, WC1, WC2, W1, NW1, NW5, NW8, N1, N5, N7, W2, W9, SE1, SE11, SE17, E1, E2, E8, SW1. UK delivery Delivery to anywhere in the UK mainland and it typically takes 2-3 working days.

The prices for your cards are based on the options you choose and how fast you need them. Our handy Price Generator will let you know exactly how much they'll cost and when they'd be ready by.

All our online Business Cards are matt laminated for a superior finish. We have 2 card options to choose from: Standard: Our standard stock, 400g is a thick-feeling durable card that represents great quality and value. Premium: Our extra thick 540g stock, these cards will have distinct sturdy feel that will stand out in your customer's hands. Want something a little different? No problem, let us know what you're after and we discuss your bespoke requirements.
What artwork do I need?
If you would like to order online then we need a PDF of your business card ready to print from. If you are unsure then feel free to get in contact to send what you have or let us know what you're after and we can advise you from there. We aim to respond to all queries within 30 minutes. We can also quote for designing your card from scratch or helping to recreate something you've seen.
Ideally your file should be set to a business card shape, with bleed and crop marks and with no objects or text within 3mm of the cutting line.
If your file has not been set up this way, we will try our best to convert the card to a suitable size and shape with colour running to the edge. In some rare instances we may need to add white margins. If unsure, please send your file to email us your artwork and we will let you know. We aim to respond within 30 minutes during our opening hours. Please Note: We will be printing directly from the file that you have provided and will not be recreating your business card or making changes, even if you send a low quality / blurry scan. If you would like any changes to your text or layout please get in contact so that we can quote for designs services.
